Focusing on port security, this huge nine panel spread wrapped both sides and the rear of the exhibition stand for Security & Policing, an annual event hosted by The Home Office. Featuring an easily recognisable backdrop, potential interest is piqued by the vehicle detection equipment in the foreground with visual radiation emission waves aiding interpretation. The visual mixes real world imagery with illustration while cutaways reveal equipment details, and boxouts show the interface of the equipment. Overall the canvas reveals a huge amount about the companies capabilities without an overload of competing visual elements.
The stand drew several positive leads and enabled the sales team to move quickly beyond the ‘what do you do’ into the finer details of the business offering. The stand also included working equipment so the visual was balanced with real world application.
